Successful Behavior Management Strategies

The next letter stands for Attention. Here a child will attempt to gain your attention through positive or negative behaviors. The child will do this through utilizing verbal or non-verbal strategies. If this is the case, ignore the behavior. However, when the undesirable behavior stops, immediately praise the child for exhibiting the desired behavior.
